In 2003, DM expanded its agricultural program to include raising bees in our forest to produce 100% natural honey. Many bee families survived the harsh winters and are now producing extraordinarily delicious and healthy honey. This is used within our farm and school in the meals served as well, in 2005 DM began selling excess production to local businesses.
